Prof Wolf’s research focus lie at the intersection of machine learning, data science, and applied mathematics. In particular, he is interested in data mining methods that use variety learning and geometric deep learning. He also dedicates is research to exploratory analysis applications in biomedical data, especially those involving single-cell data (e.g., scRNA-seq and CyTOF).
